How do tokens work?

Product visuals cost 1 token each. Artwork generations cost 2 tokens per generation. Video costs 10 tokens per clip. Tech pack AI, PDF export, brand analysis and related production tools are included at no token cost.

Monthly tokens reset each billing cycle. Top-up tokens never expire and can be used anytime, even if you cancel your subscription.

What if I run out of tokens?

You can purchase token packs anytime—including during your trial—or upgrade to a plan with a higher monthly allocation. Full workflow plans include tech packs and production exports.

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you receive prorated tokens for the rest of your current billing cycle once payment confirms. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher tier and its allocation until renewal. Top-up tokens you have already bought never expire and carry across plan changes.

How does team billing work?

Team plans (Duo, Studio, Maison) give you a shared workspace with a shared token pool and up to 2, 6 or 15 members. Billing is per workspace: create a team workspace and choose a plan there. View team plans above or go to Create team workspace.

Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day trial — no credit card, 10 AI credits, and full workflow access including tech packs. After the trial you keep a free Explorer account where you buy token packs as needed (tokens never expire). Subscribe to a full workflow plan to keep tech packs and production exports.
