How do I turn on two-factor sign-in?

Two-factor sign-in adds a second step when you sign in: a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password. It is optional, unless a team you belong to requires it.

Open Settings → Account → Two-factor sign-in and tap Turn on. Scan the QR code with your app, then enter the code it shows.

Add a backup device in case you lose your phone. Adding a device asks for a code from a device you already set up. Removing a device asks for a code from a different one. To stop using two-factor sign-in altogether, tap Turn off: one current code from any of your devices removes every device. We email you whenever a device is added or removed.

If a team you belong to requires two-factor sign-in, Turn off is hidden and you can’t remove your only device. To change phones, add the new one as a backup device first, then remove the old one.

Lost your phone and have no backup device? Email support@clothink.ai from your account’s email address. We check it is you before we remove two-factor sign-in.

Account settings
How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Data and choose Request account deletion. This opens an email to our support team. We delete the account and confirm when it is done.

Your personal workspace, if you have one, and everything in it are deleted.

In teams you belong to, your team work and anything you shared are handed to the team’s owner, so the team keeps them. Your unshared drafts, Assistant chats and notifications are deleted.

If you are the only owner of a team, that team and everything in it are deleted too, and its subscription stops renewing (the time already paid for is not refunded). To keep a team going, make someone else an owner first.

Copies of deleted files stay in our backups for up to 30 days before they are permanently removed. Some records, such as payment records, are kept longer where the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy.

Common questions

How do tokens work?

Mockups and sketches usually cost 1 token each; high detail (2K) costs 2. Artwork (patterns and graphics) usually costs 2 tokens per generation; Graphic Pro costs 4 for PNG or 6 for SVG. Video costs 7, 10 or 13 tokens depending on clip length (4, 6 or 8 seconds); High quality is double. Colour palettes, PDF export, brand analysis and related production tools do not use tokens. Auto-Complete for tech packs is included on paid plans; on the Free plan your first Auto-Complete is free, then each run uses 3 tokens.

Do tokens expire?

Monthly tokens reset each billing cycle. Token packs and Free plan starter tokens never expire and can be used anytime, even if you cancel your subscription.

What if I run out of tokens?

You can buy token packs anytime, including on the Free plan, or upgrade to a plan with a monthly allocation. Paid plans include more active tech packs and every export.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you receive prorated tokens for the rest of your current billing cycle once payment confirms. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher tier and its allocation until renewal. Top-up tokens you have already bought never expire and carry across plan changes.

How does team billing work?

Team plans (Duo, Studio, Maison) give you a shared workspace with a shared token pool and up to 2, 6 or 15 members. Billing is per workspace: create a team workspace and choose a plan there. View team plans above or go to Create team workspace.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every account starts on the Free plan, with no credit card. You get 10 starter tokens and can make and edit up to 3 tech packs at a time. When a tech pack is ready for your factory, unlock it for £15 to download a branded PDF and Excel with your branding, or choose a plan for more active packs, monthly tokens and every export included.

Where do I manage my subscription?

For your personal account, open the account menu (top right) and choose Subscription. For a team workspace, open Workspace settings → Billing. Each team workspace has its own plan and token pool.

My payment failed — what happens to my plan?

You keep your plan while we retry the card. A red banner says “Your last payment didn’t go through”; tap Update card to fix it. The new month’s tokens arrive once the payment goes through, not on the renewal date. If the retries stop, the plan lapses until you update your card, and it comes back when the payment is collected. For a team workspace, owners and admins see the banner and update the card in Workspace settings → Billing.

What counts as “included” versus tokens?

Tech packs and colour palettes do not use tokens. Auto-Complete (tech pack AI for the BOM, size chart, construction notes, fabric and colour specs) is included on paid plans; on the Free plan your first Auto-Complete is free, then each run uses 3 tokens. Exporting a tech pack is included on paid plans; on the Free plan you unlock a pack for £15 to download it. AI images — mockups, sketches, artwork, and video — do. Standard stills usually cost one token (high detail costs two). Artwork usually costs two tokens; Graphic Pro costs 4 for PNG or 6 for SVG. Video costs 7, 10, or 13 tokens by clip length; High quality is double. Uploading photos for a Model is free. Describe a person costs 1 token for one face. Finish model costs 4 tokens. Using a saved Model on a mockup does not add a token. If a tech pack has photos only, drawing front and back sketches for How to Measure uses the usual sketch cost (1 token per flat, up to 2). That is a sketch generation, not Auto-Complete. See “How do tokens work?” above. On the Free plan you start with 10 starter tokens and can buy token packs as needed. Open Subscription for your balance.

What does the Free plan include?

Every account starts on the Free plan: make and edit tech packs free, and pay when you download. You get sketches, mockups, colour palettes, artwork, Styles, Brands and the material library, plus 10 starter tokens for AI images. You can have up to 3 active tech packs at a time. To download a tech pack (branded PDF and Excel with your branding), unlock that pack for £15 once, or choose a paid plan (Creator, Master or Expert) for every export included. Auto-Complete is free the first time on the Free plan, then uses 3 tokens a run. The four starter Models work on the Free plan; saving your own Model, outfit mockups and team workspaces need a paid plan.

How does unlocking a tech pack work?

On the Free plan every page of a tech pack is shown in the preview with a watermark. When the pack is ready for your factory, choose Download and unlock it for £15, paid once by card. That pack is then yours to download as a branded PDF and Excel, as often as you like, including after later edits. A paid plan includes every export, so there is nothing to unlock.

I had a free trial — what happens now?

Trials were replaced by the Free plan. If you had a trial, your account is now on the Free plan. You keep your mockups, sketches, palettes, artwork and tech packs; nothing is deleted, and your tech packs are open to edit again. Any unused trial tokens stay on your account. To download a tech pack, unlock it for £15 or choose a paid plan.

I am on the Free plan personally but my team has a paid plan — what can I do?

Switch to the team workspace from the header menu (workspace switcher). While you are in a paid team workspace, you get that workspace’s production tools and shared token pool — even if your personal plan is the Free plan. Switch back to your personal workspace for your own work.

What happens to my saved Models if I move back to the Free plan?

Your saved Models stay in your account but cannot be picked for new mockups until you subscribe again — the four starter Models are still available, and mockups already made with a saved Model keep regenerating with that person. Saving your own Model needs a paid plan.

Why can’t I make another tech pack?

The Free plan allows up to 3 active tech packs at a time, and Creator allows 5. On the Free plan, copies and versions of a style count once and packs you have unlocked do not count; to free a slot, delete the tech packs for a style you no longer need, or upgrade. On Creator, delete a tech pack you no longer need, or upgrade your plan. Packs you already have stay open to edit. In a team workspace, tech packs need the workspace to be on a paid plan: ask your team owner or admin to upgrade it.

What is the Creator tech pack limit?

The Creator plan allows up to five active tech packs at the same time. Master and Expert allow unlimited active packs. To free a slot, delete a tech pack you no longer need (More → Delete Tech Pack in the editor), or upgrade your plan. A new version of a pack for the same style replaces the old one, so it does not use another slot.

Which plans put my logo on PDF exports?

Custom logo and brand colours on tech pack PDFs are included on every paid plan — personal (Creator, Master, Expert) and team (Duo, Studio, Maison). On the Free plan your logo is included when you unlock a tech pack for £15. See the Tech packs help category for setup steps.

How do I accept a workspace invite?

Click the link in your invite email. If you do not have a clothink account yet, sign up first, then return to the link. After joining, switch workspace from the header menu to see shared work.

Where is your privacy policy?

Our Privacy Policy is at /privacy and Terms at /terms. They explain how we handle your data, retention, and your rights. In a team workspace, sharing is set item by item: your design drafts start as “Only me” until you share them, and team work such as styles and tech packs is visible to everyone in the team.

Who processes my prompts and generated content?

AI features use third-party providers under our agreements. The list of providers and where data is processed is at /subprocessors. More detail is in /privacy.
